Degree grade bonus point for Summer School abroad - Rules applicable to summer schools attended from summer 2017 onwards

Regulation for students enrolled by the 2018-2019 academic year

Students who from the summer of 2017 onwards attend a Summer School at a foreign university and have obtained recognition of at least one official exam whose marks are expressed in thirtieths will be entitled to:

  • 0.5 bonus points granted when awarding the degree grade. The bonus cannot be granted if the exam is for a course recognized as Other Activities. If more than one Summer School is attended or more than one exam is recognized, no more than 0.5 bonus points will be granted in any case.

Please note that under no circumstances is the bonus cumulative with one envisaged for participation in Erasmus+, a bilateral exchange, a Double Degree program or other types of international programs.

All of the above rules are valid for:

  • students registered for 3-year degree programs, enrolled from the 2009-2010 academic year to 2018-2019 academic year
  • students registered for master’s degree programs, enrolled from the 2010-2011 academic year to 2018-2019 academic year
  • students registered for the single-cycle master’s degree program in Law, enrolled from the 2008-2009 academic year to 2018-2019 academic year

Regulation for students enrolled from the 2019-2020 academic year onwards

All students registered for 3-year degree programs, master’s degree programs and single-cycle master’s degree program in Law enrolled from the 2019-2020 academic year onwards who attend a Summer School at a foreign university shall not be entitled to any bonus point when awarding the degree grade.
