Students who theoretically should register for the first or subsequent extra years outside the prescribed timeframe for the 2018-2019 academic year, but who intend to graduate in the supplemental session of the 2017-2018 academic year (March 2019), can opt not to renew their registration by the deadline (December 31, 2018) by submitting an application for provisional registration before November 16, 2018 for the 2017-2018 academic year. The application for provisional registration does not need to be accompanied by any payment but must have a €16.00 duty stamp affixed to it.
Only students who still have to take a maximum of 5 exams (excluding internships, additional courses and other activities) remaining at the end of the autumn exam session for the 2017-2018 academic year (October 13, 2018) may apply for provisional registration.
If the student chooses not to take their degree exam in the supplemental session, they must register for the 2018-2019 academic year and pay the first and second installments of the tuition fee and the entire regional student tax. The application for provisional registration postpones the registration deadline for the 2018-2019 academic year and therefore no late fees will be charged until February 28, 2019. The third installment of the tuition fee must be paid by the deadline of March 29, 2019.
Students who submit an application for provisional registration cannot make changes to their study plans or add any additional courses (corsi liberi) to them.
