The latest edition of the Art Workshop, in which students explore contemporary art techniques and language while organizing real exhibits with the help of gallery owner Carlo Maria Lolli Ghetti, is starting at the end of February, 2016.
The workshop seeks to introduce LUISS students to contemporary artists, developing their understanding of art. As in last year’s edition, theory will be transformed into practice while choosing themes and researching international artists under the age of 35 who best express them.
The theme will then be developed further through two exhibits, organized and curated by the students themselves.
Students will also be asked to develop critical texts dedicated to the exhibits that will later be turned into a collective catalog.
Interested students, who can guarantee consistent participation in both meetings and in curating the exhibit may sign up by writing a short motivational letter to email@example.com.
