Judicial review of legislative process in Israel, Italy and Poland

The workshop - organized by CESP Luiss Centre for Parliamentary Studies - will offer a comparison of three legal systems (Israel, Italy and Poland) from the specific point of observation of the judicial review of the legislative process. National reports will be offered by "local" scholars, so to be able to go in depth in each of the countries considered. Discussants will be two counselors from each of the Houses of the Italian Parliament and a scholar specialised in comparative constitutional law.
