A workshop in Middle Eastern cooking in collaboration with HummusTown, an ethical start-up that promotes employment of Syrian refugees, cultural sharing, and development of an open and inclusive society.
The workshop is conducted by a Syrian refugee and Dr. La Farina, nutritional biologist, illustrating simple principles of functional nutrition related to the event's dishes. Students will also meet the HummusTown team and taste the presented dishes.
