An opportunity organized by the Master in Food & Wine Business of the Luiss Business School, in ccollaboration with HummusTown.
The course, organized in partnership with Gambero Rosso Academy - is a first-level master's program with 1500 contact hours divided between pectures, individual studies, workshops and a final group project.
The participants in the workshop will develop a business plan for Hummustown. Hummustown was established in Rome to introduce the world to Syrian cuisine and help refugees integrate and be welcomed into the community, to provide job opportunities to those whose lives were interrupted.
