Show cooking with two presenters: Francesca La Farina nutritional biologist, explains the fresh and simple principles of a functional diet, while a chef from the Luiss cafeteria demonstrates how fun and easy it can be to cook healthy, tasty dishes without wasting food.

Participants will also have a chance to sample the dishes.
