Organized by Luiss CESP in collaboration with il Filangieri ARSAE, the event offers a reflection on checks on power in the Italian system, twenty years after the approval of the regulations of the Chamber of Deputies electoral council. Including commentary from scholars and parliamentarians, the event touches on points that emerge from the evolution of the political system, to modification of the electoral system and inelligibility, as well as constitutional law on the subject.
