How can I publish an internship or job opportunity?

Simply sign into your company profile on the LUISS Career Center and complete the form available in the Offers section.

If your company does not have a profile, you may sign up using the registration form.

All content will be published on the platform upon approval from the Career Services Office.

What's the difference between curricular and extracurricular internships?

The former is reserved for students while the latter is for alumni who have graduated in the past 12 months.

How do I register a curricular or extracurricular internship?

Go to Career Services > Services for employers > Internships > Register a curricular internship or register an extracurricular internship.

How long does it take to register an internship?

To register an internship, employers must complete the form and send it to the Career Services Office at least 10 working days before the first day of the internship.

How long can internships last?

Curricular internships, for students, can last from three to six months, including extensions.
Extracurricular internships, for recent graduates, have a maximum duration of six months.

Are intern stipends the responsiblity of the employer?

Do interns have insurance coverage?

Interns are covered by LUISS Guido Carli against workplace accidents as well as civil responsibility.

Can LUISS register internships for alumni that have graduated more than 12 months ago?

The Career Services Office can only register extracurricular internships for alumni who have graduated in the previous 12 months. To create internships for alumni that have graduated more than 12 months ago, employers must contact their local employment center.

Can LUISS register internships for students that are not European Union citizens?

Yes, however, the student must be registered at LUISS Guido Carli for the entire duration of the internship.
