The LUISS Writing Summer School offers a one-week experience to even the most junior students at secondary school, to experiment with and get to know the world of information, entertainment, creativity and writing with LUISS Secondary School of Journalism.
Students who attend the Writing Summer School are immersed in the world of communication and creativity. They take courses in creative writing, screenwriting and journalism, and they learn how to create and write a blog, how to use social networks more effectively, and how to take compelling photographs and videos.
Summer projects will be presented at the Meglio di un Romanzo (in bozze) project at Festivaletteratura di Mantova for students under 19.
The best authors will be invited to the festival and presented to an audience including expert judges.
A highly interactive methodology is used, where students get involved and interact directly with their professors. They develop new skills by entering the world of communication and exploring its main tools.
LUISS Writing Summer School is open to all students between 15 and 18 years old.
Students in their third year of high school that participate in the Writing Summer School can begin a two-year course for talented young people.
