The Orientation Summer School helps high school students make conscious decisions on their future studies while allowing them to take admissions tests early and win full scholarships.
Orientation Summer School is offered in Milan by LUISS University and Humanitas University to give students the chance to experience the university environment through lessons, case studies and group projects related to LUISS degree programs in Economics, Law and Political Science as well as Humanitas University degree programs in Medicine and Health Professions. The Milan sessions are offered exclusively in Italian.
During afternoon sessions, students will be introduced to logic, problem-solving and reasoning found in university admissions tests, including LUISS.
Activities are held at the Milano LUISS Hub at Via Massimo D'Azeglio 3 and at the Humanitas University Campus and Simulation Center at Via Rita Levi Montalcini 4. There, students will experience operating theaters, clinics, emergency rooms, clinical and surgical skills training rooms, microscope rooms and wet labs.
At the end of each week, students who have completed their penultimate year of high school may sit the admission test for LUISS degree programs in Economics, Law and Political Science and/or participate in a simulation of entrance exams to Medicine, Surgery and other health professions.
Students with SAT, ACT or ECDL certifications may receive bonus points on their LUISS admission tests.
