The web and social media era has profoundly changed our way of communicating as well as selling products and services. Those who need to promote content, businesses included, must now adapt to this new way of getting their message out.
From this need the idea of a Summer School dedicated to students in their third and fourth years of secondary school, to help them acquire basic economic skills to draw up business plans or evaluate marking strategies. Furthermore, the Marketing Summer School provides students with the instruments necessary to take one’s first steps in the digital world, that is, a world in which digital instruments allow brands to develop integrated marketing and communication campaigns.
The practical course offers up-to-date didactic methods on business development, providing a user’s manual on integrating web, including mobile, and social media in general marketing and communication plans.
The course is highly interactive based on learn-by-doing methodology and direct contact with instructors. Students work together on project work and in-lesson presentations.
The Marketing Summer School, offered only in Italian, is open to all students ages 15-18. Third-year secondary school students that participate in the course can begin the two-year course for talented young people, that allows, under certain conditions, direct acceptance to LUISS.
