The aim of the course, offered only in Italian, is to introduce students to the fundamental bases of a healthy diet and various combinations of food, as well as how lifestyle changes affect the collective.
Each module is taught by an expert in the field. The entire course amounts to 44 hours and is held on weekends during the second semester.
The course calendar will be published in September 2017.
The course is open to students registered for the II or III year of a bachelor’s degree course from the Departments of Business and Management, Political Science and Economics and Finance, or in the III, IV or V year of the single-cycle program in Law.
In order to receive credit, students must be present for 80% of the total course hours and have attended at least 4 out of 5 Functional Nutrition lessons.

- Dysfunctional behavior: food and emotions
- Sport, food and wellness
- Heath law
