LUISS Guido Carli

ECDL - The European Computer Driving License

The ECDL, or the European Computer Driving Licence, is a computer skills certification. Those who have received this certification understand fundamental IT concepts and know how to use common applications on a personal computer.

The organizational, technical and educational aspects of the LUISS Test Center are managed by CeRSI (LUISS Guido Carli’s IT Research Center). The center has been AICA-accredited for ECDL since 2003, for EUCIP since 2006 and for EQDL since 2007.

The test center conducts the required testing for ECDL, EQDL (European Computer and Quality Certifications) and EUCIP (European Certification for ICT Professionals) certification, and also organizes training courses for LUISS students and those outside the University, to help them pass these tests.
