Solicitation of Interest: Call for Political Philosophy and Sociology of Communication
LUISS Guido Carli University is considering broadening its teaching and research activities in the following fields within the Faculty of Political Sciences: Political Philosophy and Sociology of Communication (Italian “Disciplinary Sectors”: SPS/01 and SPS/08).
We do not have yet launched formal openings at this time, but expect to be able to create new positions in the near future if there is a sufficient level of interest. For this purpose, a search committee for the Faculty of Political Sciences, appointed by the rector of the university, will carry out a preliminary survey of potential candidates.
Interested persons are invited to fill in the on-line form.
The deadline for submissions is January 2010, 23rd.
Submissions shall be treated confidentially upon request.
It should be noted that:
- The search committee will not carry out any evaluation or selection of candidates. It is limited to receiving expressions of interest in order to carry out a preliminary survey to determine if the subjects can be covered adequately;
- The collection of expressions of interest by the Search Committee will not limit the Faculty’s future evaluation or choice in any way.
