First-level master's degree
The program analyzes the creation of earned value for end clients in the HO.RE.CA (hotels, restaurants and cafés) sector throughout the entire chain of production of wholesalers, distributors, and business owners. The program will blend theory with practical exercises while updating students on the latest technologies.
The program’s objective is to provide students with:
- tools to analyze consumer behavior in the era of big data and social communication both online and offline
- trade marketing and supply chain relationship management skills
- new theoretical and practical skills to maximize clients’ consumption experience
