On Tuesday, March 1, 2016, LUISS and the General Commander of the Italian Financial Guard signed a collaboration agreement on didactic and training activities.
Vice Rector Paola Severino and General Manager Giovanni Lo Storto met with General Commander Saverio Capolupo and Chief of Financial Staff Giancarlo C. Pezzuto to allow Financial Guard officers to participate in didactic and training activities, as expert guests or instructors. The collaboration also allows LUISS students to perform internships at the General Command as well as participate in joint visits of institutional headquarters.
“Signing an agreement with a prestigious university like LUISS Guido Carli,” states General Commander of the Financial Guard Saverio Capolupo, “represents a great opportunity for the Financial Guard to share their know-how and experience in serving the community within a framework of reciprocal cultural and educational exchange.”
“This agreement reinforces our historic collaboration with the Financial Guard, establishing it as an active and continuing cooperation aimed at creating a more efficient cultural model to fight criminality, to propagate and root itself in all sectors of society, beginning with young people.”
