G7 2017 Summit Rome Conference

The G7's Taormina Summit on May 25 and 26, 2017, hosted by Italian Prime Minister Paolo Gentiloni, will be the first multilateral encounter where key global leaders address such challenges collectively with three heads of government elected since the last summit: the United States, France, and the United Kingdom.
The conference, held on the eve of the Taormina Summit, assesses how those leaders can meet the formidable challenges facing them by drawing on relevant scientific consensus, mobilizing the skills that have succeeded at past G7 summits and strengthening global governance to make globalization work better for all.

Co-sponsored by the University of Viterbo, the Leuven Centre for Global Governance Studies, and the G7 Research Group with the support of Oliver Wyman and Assonebb
