History and impact of the DRG system on the US healthcare as told by one of the
DRG inventors. Since Italian healthcare has just shifted from the version 19 to
the version 24 of the DRG system, this talk will shed light upon what we may
expect from this change and what may be the future developments of the Italian
healthcare payment system.
