Training
As part of its remit to encourage the spread of experimental economics in Italy, the training of new researchers will play an important part of CESARE's activities. This training will involve not only theoretical ideas concerning the use and application of experimental methods, but will also involve practical training in the design and implementation of experiments, the writing of appropriate software, the recruitment of subjects, the analysis of data and the writing up of experiments.
Many of the staff are already experienced experimentalists. Training will be offered to anyone interested, including other professors, assegnisti, doctoral students and even undergraduates (if they want to do some experimental work as part of their thesis). Training will be carried out both in the conventional classroom and the purpose built experimental laboratory.
