The Vanier Scholarships Program provides scholarships for international students in order to attend a Phd in Canada.

The Canon Foundation in Europe offers 15 Research Fellowships to highly qualified European and Japanese researchers in all fields. Candidates should hold a PhD or at least a Master's degree. They are eligible during the ten-year period following the successful completion of their Ph.D or MA degree. The candidates must have permanent citizenship in either Europe or Japan.

The IZMIR University of Economics - Turkey offers scholarships for graduate foreign students.

 The French Regional administration  offers a limited number of scholarships for students wishing to apply for a 1st year of Master (4th year of university) or a 2nd year Master (5th university year).

Luiss Guido Carli is a private Italian university situated in Rome, Italy, and was founded over forty years ago. It offers a variety of courses taught in English and Italian in the fields of economics, law and political sciences.

For the next academic year 2009/2010 Luiss will be offering 6 scholarships of € 15,000 for foreigner students.

The scholarships are meant to enable participation in the Master of Science courses that will start in September 2009 and will last for two years.

The Program is organised by the Finnish Ministry for Foreign Affairs, which every year selects young journalists, or students in journalism, at their last year of studies, coming from 18 countries (Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, Egypt, France, Germany, Great Britain, India, Israel, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Poland, Russia, Turkey, South-Africa, Ukraine and United States of America); the students selected will be offered the possibility to spend the month of August in Finland, to visit media organizations and companies and to attend lectures about Finland.

Onassis Public Benefit  Foundation announces the 15th annual program of research grants and educational scholarships addressed to foreigners postgraduate students,  Postdoctoral candidates and  postdoctoral researchers. The scholarships cover the following fields of studies: Humanities, Political Science and Arts.

Luiss is pleased to inform you that the Summer Program in Taiwan 2009, sponsored by the National Science Council of Taiwan (NSC), offers 5 scholarships to Italian graduate students (master and Phd level) to attend a training of two months  in a Taiwanese research institute.
