Launch of the Master Degree in International Relations - Program in English


The Faculty of Political Science is glad to announce the launch of the new Major in International Relations from a.y. 2010-2011, within the Master's Degree Program in International Relations.

The Program is entirely taught in English.


Sponsored Scholarships for a.y. 2010-2011

Thanks to Vodafone's funding, LUISS Guido Carli offers three (3) scholarships for the two year Master Degree Program in International Relations - Faculty of Political Science - Major in International Relations, for the a.y. 2010/2011 admissions. These scholarships are addressed to students with Turkish nationality, who will have been admitted and will have registered to the 1st year course of the Master Degree Program in International Relations.

Italian Academy - Columbia University

Located on the campus of Columbia University in New York City, the Italian Academy is a renowned center for advanced research hosting scholars from around the world.

Applications are invited for projects related to cultural memory in all its aspects; to work at the intersection of history, ethnography, and anthropology; to encounters between cultures both historical and contemporary; and to the histories of art,music, literature, and philosophy. Applications dealing with the scientific and technological aspects of culture and memory are also encouraged.


Master’s Degree Programs 2009/2010 a.y.: Exam admission applications are open

Exam admission applications for Master's Degree Programs at LUISS Guido Carli are now open. Send your application form online from 30 January to 10 May 2009. The admission exam will take place on 15 May 2009 at 10.00 in Rome.

The Faculty of Economics and the Faculty of Political Science offer an extensive number of Master's Degree Programs, many of which are entirely held in English.


Call for Visiting Professors Spring 2011

LUISS Guido Carli has established a structured program for inviting visiting professors to spend a short period on campus. Visiting professorships can sometimes be arranged also for longer periods (the minimum period is one month), and are assigned among interested candidates through a competitive selection procedure.

Double Degree LUISS - Nova

From the academic year 2010-2011, the LUISS Faculty of Economics will offer 3 paths of double degrees in partnership with Universidade Nova de Lisboa.

Students enrolled to the first year of the Master's Degrees in General Management and Economia e Finanza - Major in Financial Economics in 2010-2011, will have the opportunity to participate.

Students will be selected during their first year and will have the opportunity to attend courses and pass exams at LUISS and Nova, obtaining a final Italian and Portuguese double degree.

LUISS Guido Carli University invites you to participate to the Expo Studi all'Estero which will take place on April 15th at LUISS, Viale Pola 12, Sala delle Colonne.
