AlimentiAMO: workshops on food and entrepreneurship


In October 2015, LUISS will launch AlimentiAMO, a series of five tasting workshops dedicated to food culture.

Each event focuses on a particular food or drink, such as artisanal beer, tea, bread or street food. Each tasting will be presented by a company that will not only domonstrate the product, but explain its business history and the product's market position. The LUISS dietician will be at every event, offering suggestions and advice about the correct use of the products and on how to create a healthy and balanced diet.

All events will take place in the Viale Romania cafeteria from 6:30 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. To register for an event, send an email to from your LUISS email account by October 2, 2015. Space is limited.
