Graduates of the Business Management program are characterized by their advanced understanding of business operations and their ability to develop a systemic and strategic vision.

The program has four different areas of specialization: Imprenditorialità e innovazione (Entrepreneurship and Innovation), for students interested in launching new projects or running existing small to medium businesses; Organizzazione e gestione delle risorse umane (Organization and Human Resource Management), for those interested in the HR side of business; Strategic Management, for those interested in working in consulting or managing companies of various sizes; and an individual study plan, for those who are interested in a working as a junior manager or external consultant.

Employment and professional opportunities for graduates

Thanks to the wide variety of functional knowledge and transversal skills offered by the program, graduates are ideal candidates for roles as junior managers in several sectors or as external consultants. Prime career paths are as follows:

  • junior manager of a large company
  • junior manager of a small or medium company
  • junior consultant to companies of various sizes
  • entrepreneur leading a startup
